We aim to give our children the best possible start at school. Our Class 1 classroom
follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) which ensures children learn and
develop well in school.
There are seven areas of learning and development.

Expressive arts and design
We consider the needs and interests of every child and plan accordingly through a
range of play, exploration, active learning and creative and critical thinking.
EYFS uses a topic based approach and ensures that all 7 areas of learning are embedded.
